Our methodology systematically, and rapidly, ‘tunes the ear’ to unfamiliar accents.
It minimizes the need for colleagues and clients to ask, or hear, the questions, “What did you say? Can you repeat that?” It removes barriers to participation, collaboration, and seamless knowledge transfer.
This accent bias mitigation workshop can be conducted online or onsite. Participants learn to:
